  1. so here on my armor I went 22mm back from the point on the armor for the start. But it's a good 47mm down. Do I just cut the 22mm square out ? Or have I done right in my drawing ? Armor is AM 2.0 RLH2515
  2. LoL never mind I found 22mm x 22mm and this picture RLH2515
  3. Is there a specific dimension for this or is it a eyeballed notch ?
  4. My wife has crap like that good to know thanks bro. RLH2515
  5. So after using a Dremel on the long screws inside the helmet it heated up and warped the plastic where the screw head was. So now I guess I need to make some paste. Luckily it's the screw on the very bottom of the ear. RLH2515
  6. did you do ESB ? If so my friend you got some big fists the rebels will run from lol RLH2515
  7. I never realized I didn't post the pics of my finished hand plates. I'll fix that later. RLH2515
  8. Thanks man I did trim a lot off the hand plates. I traced my fist and cut out accordingly. RLH2515
  9. ok so hope this isn't to stupid to ask. But when you cut the kidney plate it is supposed to meet at top and be as vertical as possible. Then the butt plate looks way bigger then most pictures I've seen looking at these pictures can some be cut off or do I just match it to the kidney plate ? RLH2515
  10. I seen a set of pads on Amazon for 25 bucks. I'll try that thanks for the input fellas. RLH2515
  11. What has been better for your helmet the army pads or a hard hat insert ?
  12. Ok so I smeared some e6000 when I was putting on the outside cover strip. Any advice on removal ? Scraping of is there a cleaner that will remove the smeared area ?
  13. I have to do the detail on the paint but that's enough for tonight. RLH2515
  14. done for the night. The helmet is definitely the most painstaking so far. RLH2515
  15. Yeah that was two hours. I got tired. I'm thinking I can also. I'm gonna have a lot of holes I think under them ears though or hopefully it will just require trimming. RLH2515
  16. I was just worried about it not going to where the top of the ear would meet the bottom of the cap. I could keep the ear gap smaller by doing the bottom screw first as per the advise I was given. RLH2515
  17. well it took me most of the night on this one ear and I still can't get it perfect. I believe it will pass considering some of the gaps I've seen in screen shots. Look ok or would you do something different? RLH2515
  18. Put the brow trim on I believe is the answer. I put mine on after I glued top and back and left it on never took it off. I used stickers for the traps though. RLH2515
