  1. For me that $34.99 a year is pretty expensive just to buy one kit, I couldn't afford to buy anything else after saving up for the kit to justify making the membership worth buying lol

Alex, I didn't have to pay anything for a basic membership.

I never knew that there were that may of us Kevin's around...lol

  2. TheRPF website it's a forum, you can pm him there. In order to purchase from him you would need to get a premium membership to that site though which is kinda steep unless you plan on buying from people there alot

Alex, you don't need to be a premium member at TheRPF.  I solely use it at this point except to PM Jim and check on my position in the casting list.

  3. I ordered my pair of FOTK boots on April 7th from IB along with a pair of XL FOTK Gloves.  My boots and gloves were delivered on the 29th, MUCH faster than I had anticipated!  I typically wear either 11.5 or 12 US, depending on the brand, and these boots (US 12, Sz 46) fit awesome!  They're wicked comfortable and fit great, just slightly loose which will allow me to put some arch inserts in them.

I had ordered size XL Gloves ( I wear a size 10 Rubber Glove in my line of work and an XL Golf Glove).  What shipped appear to be size L, unless I'm taking the markings on the bag wrong.  They are super snug and I can fit into them:  I'm not sure yet if I want to double check with Zhong yet to see if they are indeed one size down.  Otherwise they look fantastic!

  4. Hi everyone!  I'm Kevin and I'm from the North Shore of Massachusetts.  I just entered the long line of hopefuls for one of Jimmiroquai's TFA Stormtrooper kits.

I grew up with Star Wars, and have always had an affinity for Snowtroopers in particular.  The Battle of Hoth sequences are my favorites of the entire franchise. In the future, should the TFA Trooper build work out as well as I hope I'd look to add a Snowtrooper kit to the closet.

As far as what drew me to wanting to be a trooper...I guess it comes down to following your dreams. Right now I'm a Dad, Husband, Powerlineman, and want to add to that list.  I've been admiring the 501st from afar for too long; the incredible costumes, the charity, and the camaraderie.  Life's too short; I don't want to someday look back and wish that I had taken that step; becoming a Stormtrooper, having fun and helping others.

So to all my new friends at Whitearmor...Hello, and nice to meet you all.  I'll hopefully be asking plenty of questions of you all in the coming years and months.

    Happy Trooping!
