Woah. Been a while.
I finished my TK in time for Halloween and impressed the neighborhood kids and won the costume competition at work, but I haven't really done anything with it since. I'm itching to troop! The missus was Leia and the kiddo was a quick Ewok.

Thanks for the replies, all. I was actually just leafing through @ukswrath's Anovos build again and noticed simple mod he did for his belt. I may end up going this simpler route for basic approval for now, but may well want another belt in the future.

As per the title, who around here makes 501st approved ANH stunt belts? I've got my Anovos kit all done and now I'm too lazy to fix the belt issue for 501st approval. So what are my options for belts around here?

Hey all. Just got my Anovos kit today, and I'm pretty stoked about it. I was laying out the pieces and noticed that I am missing the undersuit and gloves. Is this a common thing that I just shouldn't worry about?

EDIT: n00b mistake. Just read Anovos' FAQ. Soft parts come in another package. Nothing to see here. Move along. Move along.

Greetings everyone from the Orem area! My name is Steven, and I am an avid Star Wars fan: always have been, and always will be. I'm looking to get into a good TK suit here in the near future, and I'm currently looking at Anovos. Are there similar options around for the price?
Anyway, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this (if so, please feel free to move), but I recently graduated from film school and I am in the process of making a short film to enter into the Star Wars Fan Film Competition that is going on over at starwars.com, and I am in need of two OT TKs to fill some minor roles in the film (read: literally 2 lines of dialogue, and standing in front of a greenscreen).
Would any of you be kind enough to point me in the right direction to some local people who might be interested in helping out with this project? I have already emailed some people in the Apline Garrison, but to no avail. This is a no-budget film, so it'd be on a volunteer basis, and we'd be shooting for hopefully only one or two evenings in mid-to late March. Once locations and actors are more solid, I'll have more details as to the actual shooting date.

Hey I know this is an older thread, but I have found it very informative to reference while working on my Hasbro mod. Quick question though for @Brent, how far does the pipe barrel stick out of the gun? I need to cut my pipe down, but I'm not sure of the exact length. Thanks!
