The outer piece looks "smaller" than the inner piece by maybe an inch, which makes me think I cut too much when I was sizing it. Not noticeable when I'm wearing them

Hey Tony, looking at your thigh pieces, I noticed I maybe have made a mistake. Looks like on my left thigh I trimmed too much of the outer half, so the inner half has that flat part up top. They look fine when I have them on and fit perfectly, just wondering if that's ok or I should figure out a way to fix it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not a bad idea, I have a buddy with a hasbro so I can make a mold out of his battery door

Yea I've thought about replicating it with some left over abs from my TK, but getting that textured detail seems impossible! I may just leave it smooth

Hello everyone I'm a newbie here. I'm working on a hasbro conversion but my battery door has disappeared on me. Anyone know where I can get a replacement or get one 3D printed before I'm out another $40+ just for a little door? Any help is appreciated!!
