I guess they pick who they will reply to. I already sent 4 emails and haven't got anything back from them. I can't believe I'm still waiting for this to be done and it's already May tomorrow. This has been going on back and forth since November.

I got a commission last year. I sent the leg and thigh armor for resizing back in November and I keep getting responses that it will be sent by the end of the week. I emailed every week for 3 weeks in March before I got a response. I was told again it will be done by the end of the week. I gave a deadline of 10 April, so I can wear it on a local convention. Obviously I didn't get to wear it and end up not going. Is it almost May and I still haven't got anything from them.

Anybody else here have problems with their customer service? I kept getting promises that my stuff will be here next week but it's been weeks and I don't have anything yet. And I barely get any response back.

Hey troopers, I recently got my armor from RS and would like to get with a local garrison member/s to see if I can maybe be a part of the empire. I would also like to ask for help and assistance for an armor party in the next couple of weeks. Thank you in advance.

So today I got my RS in the parcel. It was delayed because of the canvas belt. I tried it on but the leg armor is too long and I can't barely bend my knees or move. Any ideas on how to fix that or should I send it back?

If you're thinking of buying the ensemble you might as well commission from other sources. There are better ones than Anovos and I'm sure somebody can back me up on that.

Update: I decided on RS. Ordered April 1st. Build date, May 4th.

I've been debating on which armor to get. Top 3 are my options. I am thinking of buying a completed set because I do not have DIY skills like some people. Which armor would you guys recommend that will be almost close to centurion standards with minimal modifications? Thanks.

How is the RS ABS quality?

That is nice especially for the price.
