Thanks for the info. And thanks for the thread link, ThayNerd. I had actually just put my name in for a pair of Stormtrooper's rubber glove/hand guard combo earlier that day. I was also thinking about lycra and neoprene as options, both for look and feel. Anyone have any experience with those?

Hi guys, Just wondered if any glove is preferred as canon over any other. And if any type considered more comfortable over a long period of time. I'm thinking about giving rubber gloves with the latx handguards for the authenticity. But i'm concerned about heat and sweating. I like the rubber-like look, but didn't know if breathability is better or achievable with a rubber-looking glove. Thanks for any input. --Truan

what is the correct color of belt for anh stunt trooper? i just ordered a white canvas belt, but noticed some people have natural color i like the look of white better, but which is accurate?

i haven't worked up a plan for installing this, but can you run both the amp and cooling fan setup with 8-AA's? also, should you enclose the romfx in a box, or is it ok as is? seems like it would be fragile.

hello everyone I'm hoping to start building an AP set of armor soon and have some general questions. Hopefully this is the right forum for them, and hopefully they haven't already been asked and answered a million times (although I'm sure they have, in which case you could just point me in the right direction). What do you prefer for bonding the abs - Devcon plastic welder or abs glue? For attaching the shoulder bells and other pieces do you use elastic or a non-stretchy webbing? I would think you'd want the bells and thigh pieces fairly steady and so use webbing. Also webbing for the ab an lower back suspenders. Elastic for the hands. Or is it just personal preference? What kind of cooling/defogging mechanism do you use, if any - fans or blowers? What about the undersuit - do you find that a dive-suit type material doesn't breathe well enough and causes a lot of sweating? I was looking into either a two-piece underarmour-type set-up or I saw this one-piece undersuit and neck seal combo on Shadowdalecreations (anyone have any thoughts on that item or company?) Is purchasing brow trim and an edge trim necessary for the AP helmet kit? thanks for any help. I'll let you know how my build goes when I get the armor. Also, thanks for those who answered my question about the aerators for the ap helmet.

What would you recommend? Stomper? I saw some on ebay that don't look too bad...white on the inside, wide mesh... Any suggestions?
