Do I attach the strap from the shoulder bell to the shoulder strap? I'll go with snaps though. The vader helmet is a bit small, my friend had a tough time getting his fat head in it.

I have all but finished my armor, but I need help with attaching the shoulder bells so they don't stick way out. The generic instructions I have show velcro attaching the top of the bell to the shoulder strap. Is this the best we to do it? Also should I heat up the bells so they fit around the bicept peice better?

A am in the middle of my first armor build. I have the bi-cepts, forearms and calves done I am moving on to the thighs, my question is do I trim the top of both peices so they are even? one side is about an inch taller than the other. I have been looking around an it seems that I do, but I don't want to screw it up. any thoughts. I'll post some pics of what I've done to the helmet.

How is it inte Porter Texas area? I am waiting on some armor to ship my way and the seller says they have no power? I've seen pic on TV of Texas hope every one is safe.........

I saw the 501st web site do I need to sign up ther and be a member there? I plan on doing it is it good idea? I want to get in on the fun of wearing my new armor. I see that there is a garrison in my area. If it is needed to join I will, there's a ton of info here too, willl that help me out or is it neccary? scott

Hello, I have been searching for armor for some time now. I also stumbled across the 501st site and think its great. I will join there sson. I have just purchased a set of "AP" armor vs the FX armor. I have seen some slight differences in it especially the helmet. I thinkthe FX helmet looks like a bobble head. Did I make a god purchase. It is not complete so I'm excited to finish it. another question I have is what is a good fan and speaker system to put in the helmet? I've seen a few on ebay and they don't look that good. any help would be awsome.
