oo-tee-dee!

I've ordered a SGB lid, it should be shipped this week. I would say his ones are the best ones around so far but if you have a tiny pinhead it may be worth checking with him the size and dimensions before ordering. Here is a pic of his lid with a tape measure for circumference sizing. I compared this with my TD lid and it is 2" bigger, BUT the TFA TIE "nose" does seem to stick out at a more raked angle than a traditional TD lid. Here is the width across the lid, which is the same as my TD lid: I am 5'6" so acutely aware of looking like a bobblehead once my lid is on, but hopefully I'll carr this one off ;D

Hiya I'm trying to decide whether to go for canvas or white leather - the canvas is proving hard to find, but then again so is the leather - argh! I don't want a canvas that is too yellowy that's my problem, I'm a bit picky..... Can anyone help with suppliers for either of these? Thanks Rache

Sizes left are too big for me

I'm looking at buying some new black Jodhpur boots on eBay (tons cheaper than Caboots) but unsure as to how well white shoe leather dye would work on black black black leather? And how well it would "wear" and what sort of finish it would have. What do you use to dye the black elastic at the ankles - the same stuff? And what's the movie accurate TK shoe finish - dull or shiny? Newbie questions sorry
