1. Good eye you have there. Still haven't strapped bicep to shoulder - so it's ready for a more permanent adjustment
2. It's all done Walt! Lost the mojo when the forum swapped servers, and DNS went all haywire. So not that many progress shoots going on in the end. But here's the finished part. Thanks a lot for all you people that helped me on the way - couldn't have gotten this far without you.
3. Belt is done. Only button covers left - will be sanding them down a bit - they are thick as heck. Snaps are installed on ab. Also, holster is connected with snaps
4. closing in with paint
5. Ah, remember the ol' days
6. Ears got reduce quite a bit Kristoffer! Will try it with armor soon, about to finish doing the last brush strokes here. Glass and padding is in as well.
7. Thanks guys. I'll leave this to rest and keep on painting.
8. In front it's somehow ok, since it's covered a bit by the cheek. But it shows more in the back. Left side is quite okay!
9. So the ear were a perfect fit, until I felt I had to trim it more.... bad move. Now there's a sick gap, and I'm close to scrapping it. Any tips for trimming to save this is much appreciated.
10. How does it look? Got a wee gap on the right. But that will do.
11. Testing. Feels wide. Will be needing to take down the ears a bit more.
12. That's some neat lines! Also, that work station!
13. Only missing the botton screw.
14. Trimming ears done. 3 hours work right there. Now I've got some drilling to do
15. Those ears..
16. I'm baaa-aaack. Temporarily fixed the dns problem.
17. Thanks a bunch, that helped a lot. The tigh is now done, did it at Comicon, so I missed the mark and had to drill one more hole... but it's not noticable.
18. Issues with the ammo pack on tigh. Looks to me that one side will run long. Is this the correct placement? Note that I haven't cut out the "turn" just yet. Is the placement right to the angle of the tigh? Or did I missplace? So hard to compare with other pictures, since the molds are different. Ukswraths AM / ATA were a bit different from what I could see. And look at that mess. One day till deadline. Tooot tooot
19. Bought from Imperal Supply Depot in England. It was their first run.
20. I knew about that. Bought it finished from Imperal Supply Depot. Little did I know that it would be that much off.

Not much to do at this point. I think I can easily fix it with new and better made hooks, since the holes are that much off center.
21. Silver/nickle split rivets (one brass split rivet) and cap rivets. Get those.
22. Done. Tube needed paint - pretty damn good color I think.
23. 3 days till deadline
24. There's no more shape to mine... annoying. Anywho, today I bought: - epoxy 2-component - primer - tamiya grey spraypaint for the thermal detonator - humbrol white gloss 22 - washers So far I've painted the split rivets on the sides. Also, the crotch rivet is nickle, not brass.. So I'll have to fix that when applying for cent in the future. Finally riveted the lid onto the cap. #feelsgood
25. Is that the correct size for ab and butt snaps? I'll visit some sewing stores tomorrow. As I said, that was just an example. Most people got a nicer snap. (tk-15359)
