Spacing between knee and thigh won't be an issue for EIB or Centurion. I had quite a few emails with RS regarding height being that I'm 6'4" and they didn't seem to worry.
As far as RT goes, he is not taking orders currently as he is booked through the end of the year. That is what I am waiting for.

I hope this kit ends up working out for the people ordering it. The main reason I haven't placed an order is simply sizing. Being 6'4" and 230lbs on a good day, I will just be waiting for RT to open his list up for next year. In the mean time I'll finish my TI and rebuild the AM kit I got from a friend.

Wasn't that Luke's speech to Leia in ROTJ? If not it's really close.
Other than the very last line, yes.

Between the FISD and the JRS, there are going to be a lot of broke people soon with the new TK's and TI's

Update time:
Since my last post I have started building a Tie Pilot, Reserve Pilot, Imperial Crewman so that has taken most of my time and money. I did however end up getting an older AM kit from a friend that happens to be about the same size as me so there are only a few minor size modifications needed. I have started getting everything in order to get it up to CRL standards for 501st approval while accepting the fact I won't be getting EIB or Centurion with it. I know it isn't the best way to go but for the price I couldn't pass it up when 90% of the work was done to fit and approve. Luckily it did come with a RT bucket so I have that going for me whenever I order a new set of armor.

Get yourself a balaclava and keep your beard tucked into it. Easy solution without destroying your whiskers.

I feel this may be one of those too good to be true items honestly. Yes, the pictures and pricing make it tempting, but until some people actually have the kit in their hands for input I wouldn't send them any money.

Your shoulder bells also need to be rotated a little farther toward the front of your body. Not sure if it just an allusion with the pictures, but your forearms look like they are very large and need to be brought in some more.

Do all under suits do this? I have a new Eastbay.

Most clothing will do this when new. Just give it a wash before hand and it shouldn't be too bad.

This whole thread and I have seen no mention of Gaston Glock, the creator of the Glock brand pistols and other items.

Depending on your budget and location there is a thread with both TM ANH Stunt and Hero Buckets for sale in the commissary/PX

Ok, ok
I will wear it next time.
As already said, I am a bit confused today, so it looks more dumb as I really am.
I will do it again with a clear head tomorrow.
Sorry for that.
Nothing to apologize for. No one here is trying to bash you or bring you down at all. Just giving you the best advise to make sure everything fits correct at the end of the process.

I still would love to see someone actually plastic weld their kit together.

You should feel lucky only being 5'8". Being 6'4" I can tell you trimming a kit down is much easier than making it larger.

Oh my god!
I was a bit off when I wrote that.
Of course I meant kidney and not butt plate.
Undersuit and everything is ready, but that was just trying all the parts on.
I did my homework on armor, just a bit clumsy

You should be trying your armor parts on and temp taping them down while wearing your under suit. That is really the only way you are going to get everything set right.

Eastbay and a sharpie for me.

I never get tired seeing this armor. Early congrats for EIB.

how many inches?
24.7"

I would go with any method that would actually attach them to the glove. I do not think that elastic strap around your hand will qualify for either EIB or Centurion.
-
Well take a look at this switch. Depending on the thickness of plastic in that area and how strong the earth magnet you put in your glove you might be able to pull it of with something like this.

I've looked at those previously, but will be trying it first with the reed type switch. Mainly because if I can get it to work with the reed switch, I sell SMC parts at my shop and can order a bunch if other people are interested in trying them out.
-
I have also been looking into magnetic switches, but with an ICOMM. Mainly looking at the placement of said switch. My though was on the inside of the belt or ab plate with a magnet in my glove. The big reason being that if you look how most troopers end up standing when not holding a blaster their hands are right in that area. It would make it a less noticeable movement to talk rather than going to touch my helmet or even pressing my fingers together.

Hello guys !
I've ordered my armor almost 4 weeks ago and I haven't received anything.
Is everything all right or should I send them an e-mail ?
You can email them if you are worried, just ask if they have any updates on your armor production. Keep in mind that 4 weeks really isn't that long when it comes to waiting for these kinds of things as 99% of the time these parts are made to order.

I got some from TKboots.com. Luckily they had my size so I had them in under a week.

While a good amount of people were still in winter clothes I went to a baseball game and juiced some oranges when I got home.
If you need a break from Hoth, come join us for a week and see why we accepted this outpost.
