What's the general opinion on the lid offered? Are many others asymmetrical, as they describe theirs to be?

Site says orders won't ship until Winter 2015, so confirmation will be a while coming. That all said, hi everybody! New here and looking to get involved! Hey all, first time posting but been lurking for a while. Haven't had the intestinal fortitude to pull the trigger on anything yet, but saw this today on the Star Wars website and figured I should ask here first - is this ANOVOS stuff legit?
