  1. Mine is designed like that for allowance for taller troopers. One can trim off the top to bring it up higher. More updates: Still to do: rigid belts, TD, modify belt boxes
  2. Thanks for the input! Doing revisions now.
  3. Ok, i'll look into doing a helmet as well. Here are the final iterations of the chest, back, and ab masters. We've made the bottom of the chest flare out. The pec lines also flare out a bit more. Neck line was lowered a bit. Front strap attachment profiles lowered. Any input at this stage prior to molding would be greatly appreciated.
  4. I was thinking about doing a helmet kit but i just won't be able to beat the price of a Hasbro black series helmet that you can easily mod.
  5. More updates from the studio
  6. Sure! By all means. I would love the input as well.
  7. Hi Tony! DT's been available for some time now.
  8. The R1Tk has all these hard edges that will be difficult to pull off with vacuforming. So it'll be cast in the flexible fiberglass. Yup!
  9. Hi! Sorry for the long absence from the forum. Was swamped with Shore and Deathtrooper stuff on fb, the rpf, and other forums. Now working on the R1TK: Yes i am! Was recently approved as well: TX-82480: Will be working on that after we finish the R1TK
  10. World's first Scarif Stormtrooper / Shoretrooper squad, i think. And my favorite pic from Reads Day
  11. Trooping in the shoretrooper armor today for the Hasbro release.
  12. Ok folks, 1st Limited Run of ShoreT armor and soft parts is Live! 30 sets only. Please refer to the RPF link (you may have to register) all pics, details, pricing is already there. I will be monitoring mainly the RPF sale thread. http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=266262
  13. Almost done. Watch out for the Launch soon!
  14. ShoreT helmet is done! Fortunately/unfortunately, slots for the first run filled up in less than 12 hours. Also test fit the torso armor:
  15. Updates! Finishing the helmet is still ongoing (and apparently never ending. haha) I hope to have this finished by Thursday. We're also revising the greeblies. Most of the armor has been prototyped already. The forearms and shoulder bells are being cleaned up. All that's left to prototype are the biceps, skirts, and belt boxes. My british parachute harness also came in and it was a shame to cut a strap from that complete set for this buckle. But i had to do the dirty work. I was amazed at how close our prototype was even if it was sculpted using pictures as basis. First test casts of the chest, back, and abs in black flexible fiberglass. Test fitting soon!
  16. Updates! Finished the chest, back, abs, handguards and starting to make the molds Also finished the shirt: Started on the Dtrooper thighs: Also playing around with the Dtrooper soft parts:
  17. We're using a much lighter resin-fiberglass mix, but i'll know more once i finish everything. It's update time! Still finishing and cleaning up the ShoreT master. Finsihing really is the longest stage. Chest, Back and Abs are almost done. Just some tweaking of the details left to do: Also prototyping the Dtrooper specific armor sections:
  18. Yep, the plan is to offer a complete set. Including the buckles etc. Even the TK parts are new sculpts and different from existing ones.
  19. Thanks guys! Some more updates: Some updates: Still cleaning up the resin master. Will need to re-sculpt some minor details mainly because they were a &*&$%@ to clean up and it would be easier to sand stuff off, cut stuff out, and remodel. Tweaking the chest: And got my soft parts from my tailor. Need to redo the ribbed shirt to lengthen the neck seal, and add a bib of black ribbed material. Also need to redo the torso as the ribs should be horizontal in that area. Will also double the mesh layer and place a panel of it at the armpits. Breeches are nice. My tailor has a lot of experience sewing WW2 stuff for the WW2 airsoft/reenactment group i'm part of so he got these on the first try. Dtrooper helmet ready for waste molding
  20. Finished clay master of the Dtrooper Resin casting of the ShoreT helmet for clean up and surface finishing, primer, and gloss coating, before making the final mold
  21. We're just about finished with the clay master of the Dtrooper helmet. We're going to be casting it it resin for final mastering before making the final mold. Shore trooper helmet is currently being molded (waste mold). It will also be cast in resin for final mastering. Armor is still in the very rough stages:
