Hey Tony,
Will the finely finished (no speaker) accept speakers later or is there something different in their construction that would prevent that?

If they are hollow and ready for later speakers then I'd also like to add a finely finished 2-tone to my order.

You can add speakers later, but you will absolutely destroy the screens trying to get them out once they are set into place... LMK.

Hi Stomper... glad to see you're back!

Could I order a set of unfinished ALL-White hovi's? i.e. the two tone before you paint them black? I have a TE HDPE that needs a white set for the "pre-painted" look. If this is possible, please let me know. Thanks.

UPDATE: I have decided to make the unassembled versions available in either ALL BLACK... or ALL WHITE (upon request).

This is a question that may sound indeed, silly. So these are speakers, what do you suggest I attach to these speakers as a reccomendation? Something like a Scott voice amp? A Wall-mart one? What do you use with your speakers?

Also the video link to the speaker demonstration didn't seem to work for me.

I got the link repaired, try it now! They are 8-ohm speakers and will work with any brand voice amp as far as I know, based on my testing. Other troopers use them with the Troopercom Interface (TCI for short), the TrikToys static-burst kit, Radio Shack amplifier (I use that to test them during production), and Hyperdyne systems. I use the TCI, Trik Toyz, and Radio Shack amps depending on what I'm doing.

Is there still room for a complete 2-tone set with speakers? if so please add me

I do have room on the list, but did you originally say silver? I may be able to pull that off with some Alcad chrome and an airbrush that I have, but the custom work would increase the cost a bit. I'll add you to the speaker list for the two-tones unless I hear differently from you on a custom option.

I don't get feedback unless I REALLY try to do it, and the microphone is mounted in my bucket just below the frown, placing it slightly below my lower lip and maybe within about 3" of the speakers.

FYI- nope.. no RAID array... just a bunch of MASS storage... In your first pic, are there speakers installed in the all-black ones?

And is the mesh also black?

The speakers are just so easy to see in the two-tone that I wondered if it was the color making the difference.

Yes, both versions have the same components in them. The speakers already come with a black "felt" material (that gets removed) over the metallic grill (that gets painted white) that you see in the two-tone versions. The all black version's speakers are virtually invisible behind the stainless steel screens.

Hi sir will the unassembled hovi kit have an option for me to color it with the 2-tone style? will the screen mesh be silver in color?

Sorry Luis, the Two-Tone versions are not available in an unassembled configuration... believe me when I say, I PROMISE the amount of time you will spend on them trying to paint them and have them look good is NOT worth the couple extra dollars to have them already done... and yes, the screens are stainless steel (silver in color)... LMK how you want to go and I'll get you on the list.
