I'm glad to have come across your build adventure posts from two years ago. I'm very impressed by your great talent. I noticed that you mentioned the feeling of uncertainty, and this not being "your typical Halloween costume" at the beginning of your build. Greetings All,<br><br><br> I am a new recruit to the 501st/ Garrison Tyranus, but have been following the Legion since 1999. After all these years, and one previous failed attempt to join; I decided it's now the time for me to make the second attempt to join your ranks. I am currently awaiting for the AP kit that I purchased from Mark, and at the same time I've been shopping for the needed supplies to construct this kit. <br><br> I do not have much, if any experience of doing this kind of project. Thankfully, I have some new friends in my home garrison who are willing to help this new guy. I have been advised to reach out to all you armor pros out there for help too, and to keep you all abreast to my build. Excuse me, lol. I meant to write bolts not studs for the title of this posting. D

All, My friend who's working with me on my FX build recommended that I go to Home Depot or Lowes to get some aluminum or stainless steel bolts to use as ab buttons. I went to Home Depot the other day, but I could not find the bolts that he was talking about. They looked way too oversized. I am thinking about going to Home Depot again today or sometime this weekend to look for the right sized bolts again. If someone can send me a picture of the bolts to help me find the right kind of bolts and the circumference of the bolt heads, that would be great. Are bolts acceptable to use as ab buttons?
