hey guys just gunna chuck this out there for your interest and comments. one of myy garrison members has began to make mg 34/ dlt 19 kits. he hooked me up with one of his b grade pulls and one of the first ones out of the moulds. it has a few issues, but as im using this for trooping i wasnt too worried.as a b pull its still really good, he does some good work! the kit! the reciever needed the most work so to start i injected bondo into the big air pockets at the front. after i did this i thought about transporting this between troops and decided to make the blaster break down into two pieces. realising the bondo job wouldnt stand up to this i chopped the end off and replaced with a piece of PVC pipe: reshaped added vent holes and cleaned up good as new! after i nstalled a male thread to the front and shaped a female piece to fit inside the barrel. now its easily broken down! so everything is cleaned up and ready to go, just having some trouble with the barrel holes and thier placement, finding t tracks (may scratch build these! as i live at the bottom of the world and i cant find a good local source!) and the ejection port cover. (ps this is not glued yet just getting the feel for it!!) getting there though! thoughts, comments, and critiques welcome!

Hey guys one of the members of my garrison has started pulling DLTs and I grabbed his first b pull nice and cheap. He's cast most of it off of original mg34 parts he has had access to. Unfortunately that doesn't include the barrel. So I am using a Pvcpipe pipe to subsitute. What I'm having difficulty finding is an accurate template to drill the holes down the barrel. I see there are a few blue print type PDFs out there but not being a wizz at anything computer based I can't scale them to fit the pipe. And have no idea how to print the single sheet that I need instead of the whole damn thing! Like I said total loser when it comes to computers! So help me FISD you're my only hope! Either share a link with good drill holes that a noob like me can just print stick on and drill or gimme some kinda tutorial/ schooling on how to do it! Much appreciated brothers!,

My helmet is a wee bit small for me if I'm totally honest. I couldn't fit amy fans in there and can only just squeeze my head in with my mic. It's not that I'm striving for a particular look I'm just wondering the whys and what fors. I might move some padding around as I'd like it to sit a bit lower. Cheers for the answers so far!

hey guys im just curious of whys and whats. i have a ATA helmet and im just curious as to why it looks sits and looks different to alot of my fellow troopers buckets? i know there are differences in sculpts and pulls etc and as i understand it ATA has some screen lineage, but it just seems to sit differently on my head or something. another trooper in my garrison has the same helmet and it looks differently to mine in photos. its kinda hard to explain so i will post a few pics to illustrate: me next to ventress on the left: me on the right: now i know some of yo may say padding. but i have looked into this and we have similar systems in place, like the screen used helmets i have a star pad of foam and chin strap, the other ATA has a very similar set up. they just seem to sit more forward than mine. so im confused. its not really a deal breaker for me but its got me curious....

Have faith my brothers! I think we are in good hands. We may get some new phase of stormtrooper armour to advance things a little. I doubt that the empire will still be using the same suits in 30 yrs time , they would be outdated then, and I'm sure would have developed more advanced armours. I'm guessing they will be similar to TKs but with slight differences. TK mk2 anyone?

Hey guys any electronic people out there? I just bought a 10 w aker amp and found that the feed back from the mic and the fact that I had to deal with wires got me mad! So I decided to by a throat mic. Problem solved I thought! Now the mic has arrived I can't get it to work thru the Aker. The mic is for use with a radio and has a 3 ring 3.5 mm jack. The Acker has only 1 ring jack. Are these incompatible or what any advice would be amazing!

hi i have got some cheap boots and painted them white but they just dont seem to want to stay under my shin armor and want to pop out when i walk. they seem to be a little lower than usual chelsea boots so this might be the cause any help would be amazing!!\

for $130 they are good value! i found mine difficult to put together but got a good result in the end!

hi im confused. when reading crls for ANH stunt it says that the belt clips for thermal detonators are aprox 1inch/25mm thick. now if i had a piece of metal that was 20mm would this be approved.its all my local hardware store has and i don't want to spend $15 on a 5mm mistake!! any help appreciated!!!

after many weeks of messing about i finally got to where i wanted there are a few wee gaps around the ears but i prefer the "screen accurate look" (LOL couldnt be stuffed shaping the ears any more after messing about with them for 3 days!! close is good enough for me nasty little things that they are!!) so now onto painting.....hope i dont mess it up. anything seems easy after the mission that was this helmet!! what a nightmare you guys should see all the holes under there! thanks to te people who offered their encouragement!

hey guys another noob question but when attatching ears do the bumps with rank isignias need to be square and straight or can they be a little on a forward lean? i have looked at various images on here and it seems that the screen used stunts were all over the place with one side square and the other on a lean. i want to be approved so before fitting the ears i wanna be sure! im already geting enough grief with my ATA trying to get it to fit together! any help would be appreciated!

God i thought building the armour was tough! I borrowed a couple of big magnets from wirk to hold it all together! Hope these ears can cover up my sins!

hey guys just after some advice. im putting together an ATA helmet and have encountered a snag. it seems to me that the cap and back are warped and wont fit well with the face plate. i have looked at other peoples builds and havent seen anything similar. i have alreay drill 2 holes to align them on each side but im scared im gunna FUBAR the thing if i keep going. (hoping that the ears will cover them up!) heres some pics i have trimmed the helemet along the mold lines following pandatroopers tutorial i cant seem to find out whats wrong with what im doing so im putting it down to a bad pull

hi guys i'm looking at what options are available for an ANH e11. Im not wanting to shell out heaps of cash as I'm going to do alot of trooping so it has to be cheap , super durable and i'm not really concerned about super accuracy. as i live on the bottom of the world(NZ) im hoping someone can put me in touch with a supplier who is relaible and communicates! Ha ha huge list I know but any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks guys. I thought that this might be the case! I had a case of gottagetitnows and snapped it up! I might just keep it and make the worlds fist staypuff marshmellow trooper after all!

But the fx is ok for general approval? Its huge makes me look like a bobble head statue lol!
