Hello,
I tried reaching "Trooperbay" via his website 3 times in the last week and I think something is wrong with his contact box, because I don't get any answers.
I don't know if someone can PM me his e-mail adress please, I would appreciate it.
Thank you,
Eric

I made these the other day. They were surprisingly easy and cheap to make. 3" PVC, PVC glue, hinges, magnets, weatherstripping, and some eye screws.
These are amazing, what do you use as a case and where do you put your case? To you put it on your belt?

Thanks I will try it for sure. My heat gun has a "low" and "high" setting. But, I will try with a hair dryer first.

Yeah I tried that. I'm scared to break my armor. I managed to take my shoulder strap out, but, that's it.
I have to say one thing, in the past 2 months. I have ask alot of questions and people here are very nice in helping me out. This is much appreciated from a newbie.

Thanks for the fast reply.
I will post picture soon. Pretty much the whole armor is assembled and glued with ABS glue
The snaps are fixed on a piece of HIPS and glued on the armor.

Hello,
I have bought a used armor (very very good price). The armor itself was glued with ABS glue and so are the snaps. I would like to remove old snaps that don't belong where they are. Is there a way to remove that glue without scrapping my armor?
Thanks for your help

leather should be thick leather intended for chaps/saddlebags or straps should have little to no texture and be matte finish
not garment or belt thickness but between that
Thanks for the info mate. Much appreciated.

We had a 47cm (about 18") snow storm right after x-mas. I guess this guy had fun with it instead of complaining about it like 95% of us did lol

Hello,
I have bough a used FX armor from a friend. When he had got the armor, he did not had alot of infos on building it, so, they are some rivets installed that are not suppose to be where they are.
Is there a plastic filler known to repair an armor?
Thank you for your help

I have just purchase a used FX armor from a friend. He was missing the Thermal Detonator. Is there a place I can buy the detonator for an ANH armor?
Thank you for your help.
