Just wanted to start by saying that I did not take photos of the full build for this blaster, as for the most part, I just followed Derrek's (DDay) build here http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/28139-dvh-v25-build-dday/ I did, however take a few photos of a modification I feel really benefits those few of us who picked up the ESB promo kit from him for our snowtroopers (like me) or promo shoot TK's. Another thread that was very helpful to me was the thread showing off the screen used pugman blaster over on the RPF here http://www.therpf.com/f9/showoff-thread-esb-stunt-e-11-blaster-1653/
DDay's kit comes with a bolt cast from an actual Sterling, but if you look at the promo blaster, the bolt and the cocking lever slot are filled in and smooth since the promo blasters were just resin casts. Here is the one that came with the kit.
Instead of taking the time and energy to sand down the bolt to make it smooth and find something else to fill in the cocking lever slot, I found that 1 inch inside diameter PVC pipe fits perfectly inside the metal pipe included with the kit. This remedies both the issues of filling in the slot and sanding down the bolt, now you have one solid piece that adds a bit of weight to your blaster and makes the bolt hole and cocking lever slot smooth like on the original blaster.
To do this, all you need to do is cut 1 inch inside diameter PVC pipe to 9 inches in length.
Then I cut a slot for the screw that holds on the magazine feeder so you can push it all the way forward to line up the the bolt hole. After its lined up where you need it, just drill some new holes for the screws that hold on the handle and the ESB specific greeblies on the magazine side of the blaster using the holes that are already drilled into the metal pipe.
And here is my finished blaster after following DDay's build thread and using the reference photos above to get the greeblies in the right spot. I know I'm missing a T-Track, it was missing in the kit but Derrek sent me a new one as soon as he had them, some great customer service and I can't recommend his kits enough!
