Congratulations!
If you're feeling bored sometime you should consider sanding down and repaint the ear bumps, because not on a single ANH helmet I've ever seen has the ear bump been painted black in the "front" like yours. They always started at the back.
Gonna do it tomorrow!

Yeeeeeee hawwwwww!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for helping me through the process. You guys do an amazing job spelling out exactly what is needed to be done to achieve centurion. Follow the outline, look at one million screen shots and listen to your fellow troopers even if criticism hurts your feelings. We are all proud of our armor and may take things a little to personally. Take good photos of the armor and include EVERYTHING that is listed. This was a blast from start to finish fellas. Thanks again I'm gonna go have a beer to celebrate.
Cheers to all of you,
Tim

Does anyone see any photos I may be missing for this submission? Thanks for the help.

This thread has me terrified about my Centurion application I posted yesterday morning.
And congrats to you!

I think I forgot to post my EIB application on this submission. Here is the EIB thread link. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/25687-tk88980-requesting-anh-stunt-eib-status-tm-348/ Thank you for your consideration.

Thanks Evan. I spent a bunch of time on it for sure. My first build was AP armor that I turned into a TD but the TM armor I took a my time on. I was afraid to mess it up so I followed the forums very closely to be as accurate as I could. Thanks for the kind words.

How's the other side of the knee belt looking?
Done the same way as the right side Mathias. I had to pull the entire thing off and I redid it. It was not as bad as I thought it would be and I am happy I did it as you both indicated. I also trimmed both sides of the flashing down like you had mentioned. Thanks again for all the help.

I just finished working on my first TM kit and it was amazing to work with. Just my two cents.

Tim,
Thanks for making the review process easy. I wish everyone's photos were are clear as yours are. It's a nice clean build and an easy pass for Expert Infantry.
Congrats!
I have just one suggestion before you apply for EIB.... which seems to be a recurring theme this week.
Centurion Suggestions
- Your knee pack should be moved. This is something I did when I built my TK and ended up fixing after a wrestling match with the knee belt. The rivet is in the right place but it should go through the ridge on the bottom of the thigh, not into the thigh itself.
Here is your thigh:
Check out this gallery of screen shots and screen used armor to see where to place it:
Please let me know if you have any questions about the knee pack.Congrats again!-EricFixed it Eric! I just sent in my centurion application. Thanks you for all the help with this process.

Outstanding! Thanks fellas. I sure appreciate it and will move the ammo pack tonight before applying for Centurion. I will trim the top and bottom flashing like Mathias requested and move it down. I looked at the screen shots Eric sent and I guess it is ok if it is a little wonky as long at it lines up with the edge on the bottom. I was worried more about it being level but I guess it really doesn't matter. Thanks for all of your help and suggestions and making it a great experience to apply for EIB. When I do apply for centurian do I need to enter all the shots again or can this be moved over? Thank you again and I will make the corrections now.
Cheers,
Tim

Great question Francisco! I am not sure. This was the holster that I recieved with my first set of AP armor. I turned the AP into a sandy and swiped the holster for the TM. Even if it does not effect EIB or Centurion, I think I might change it just for accuracy. I have done all this work already, what the hell!
-
Amazing! Very well done.

He everyone. I am trying to submit photos for EID status and I am having a bit of a problem posting. When I go to the page apply for EIB, it does not allow me to start a topic. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to go about it. I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong area but I really want to get my application started and I hit a road block. Thanks in advance with the help

Outstanding! I got figured out. The belt helped a bunch to pull it in. The build is now complete and Paul you make some sweet armor my friend!
-
I am almost finished with my TM build that I got from Paul. The problem I have is that that when I close up the ab plate with the kidney and but plate it is a bit sloppy. Is it ok to trim a bit off the sides of the ab plate? I will be applying for both EIB and Centurion and I don't want it to affect that. It is however about in inch or two sloppy. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Francsico!

I must be missing something because I suck at it. I have my TM armor finished except for strapping and accents to make EIB and Centurion. I have tried a couple of sample rivets and it seems like one of the arms of the rivets bends first and the second is next to impossible to fold over without screwing up the armor. I tried a pliers and it mars the heck out of the rivet even with tape or a cloth behind it. Can anyone direct me on how to buy the stupid tool to install them? I am so close and don't want to wreck my new armor for a detail. I will try the short handled Philips driver Francisco. Do you by any chance have a photo of the one you use? I am desperate!!!!
