These suits are awesome guys. May have to look into making something like this for my 2 year old nephew. When he sees me in costume or any of my pics i'm known as "bubby tooper".

Excited for you, can't wait to see you get your build started.

Sweet, nice to see you've started your build Perkeo.

Great troop this weekend. Bloodfin Garrison and Fireteam 500 definately made there presence known. This roller derby bout, "Looking for Love in Alderaan Places", was a sellout before the doors even opened. Members of the 501st and Rebel Legion lined up between the teams for player introductions and even participated in the halftime show (sorry, no pics from halftime, was busy with shoot-a-trooper). Enjoy.

Good job troopers.

Congrats Greg and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Welcome to Bloofin and good luck on EI application. Armor looked great the other day, shouldn't be a problem. Hope to get in a few more troops with ya.

Good troop guys, looks like you all had a good time. Wanted to make the trip north (i grew up on the southside of Chicago) to troop this one, but difficult to get time off work during the week. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Not so sure i'd have wanted to be a TK had that prototype been the actual one used. Just not appealing.

Once again, great newsletter, look forward to reading it every month. Congrats to the troop and trooper of the month.

Shoulder Bridge Question
in Assembly, Mods, and Painting
Posted
Ok, looking for opinions to repair shoulders that drive me nuts when I see them in photos. Not sure if it's something that all encounter or if it's an AM thing or if it's just something I overlooked.
On what i'm going to call the shoulder bridges, they don't lay flat and follow the countour of the chest piece. Here's some photos, but not sure how to add pointers with photoshop or anything. Hopefully you can make out what i'm talking about.
I thought maybe one of those sealing irons that are used to make return edges, but since i've never used one I didn't know if it would have the effect I was looking for or if something needs to modified in another way to fix this.
