    I have this fantasy. You know how swear words get transformed on FISD into something less offensive? The forum software can be configured to do that to anything really. 

     

    There is a good chance that I will make it so that anytime anyone uses the word Anovos on the forum it is transmogrified into "cute white fluffy bunnies sitting on rainbow next to a cute puppy."

  4. Event sharing across clubs

    Our 501st forum is for 501st event requests.

     

    Most local R2 builders and RL are also 501st members and can see the events. However, those other clubs only join us if the event specifically requests them as well.

     

    There are a few exceptions, like FanExpo, where our group coordinates our presence at the event and invites the Builders and RL.

    So I bought this neat-looking chunk of resin and thought I'd see what I could do with it.

    I've never done any work along these lines so there's quite a bit of trial and error documented.

    Soooooooo much sanding. Sweet baby Jebus was there a lot of sanding. And then some bondo.

    Right now I am at the point where I've wet sanded it down again and will be ready to try and lay the paint down again. I'll get some more progress photos soon.
