Hi Tim!! Thanks and congrats to you as well! No, we have three EIB now!! For such a new and small Garrison (was still an outpost at the start of the year) that's not bad I hope to be able to make the mods soon enough and make new pictures for Centurion application which would be the first in Ireland. Although I always thought that John D (Lonewolf) is the most deserving for that accolade.

Thanks a million Mathias!!

YEEEHAAAA!!! I'm sooo happy! Pitty of the 9 month delay!! And yeah Steve that charging handle is indeed in the wrong way! As soon as I had it in and took a picture I noticed it and was disgusted But it's no problem taking it out again and turning it around. I'm also thinking of making the charging handle a little darker.

Soooooo... I "little" while later and I finally got around to getting the blaster fixed with a D-ring and charging handle. There is a lot of reasons why it's taken so rediculously long (mainly work and family responsibilities) but luckily I still got a few troops under the belt in the meantime. Here is the pic: Btw, recap, ab buttons where too small -> got repainted; blaster needs d-ring for EIB clearing -> d-ring installed (and charging handle).

Hi Steve, thanks, the buttons do look better yeah. I wouldn't go bigger than that though it would start looking too much like FX armor otherwise I'd think. But yes, good improvement indeed. I did get everything ready for doing the blaster as well yesterday but was distracted by real life again (i.e. work ) and had to leave it again I found parts of my old, unfinished Doopydoos kit and will be using the D-ring and charging handle of that. I only need to drill some holes where the D-ring will be going. I'll also install the charging handle in preparation for centurion one day

Cheers Steve, thanks a million for coming back! I hope the troop was fun and there were a lot of smiles on kid's faces!? I'll get the buttons touched up as soon as I can! It'll be a while before I get to it though, the kids are keeping me busy tonight and the week looks pretty busy in work. I’ll hope to get it done next weekend before my trip to San Jose.

a Haha Mathias You're right in one way yeah, but I think none of the original 1977, screen used suits would have gotten a "quality" award! lol When it comes to the ab buttons I have seen screen used ones that are very little as well so I think it depends which suit you would look at. But I agree that it's more aesthetically pleasing to have them "fuller", therefore not more "screen accurate". I do agree Steve. And yes I will get you those pictures as soon as I can!
