Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen,
Please allow me to start off by thanking all of you for the support this forum has given on my build, its been great taking advice and having such a reliable, and most of all personable, access to this forum. Special thanks to the mods who put in time every month outside of their duties in RL, including families and work alike. I always look forward to reading through the FISD newsletter, and can't stress to you enough that you all are answering to a higher calling by showing children compassion and fun, children whose lives have been ripped apart by disease and tragedy.
Unfortunately, my trooping days are numbered for awhile. In May, BUMED (the US military bureau of medicine) suspended my commission in the Marines until my shoulder is re-operated on. I dislocated my repaired shoulder last summer during Officer Candidate School, and despite efforts through my commanding officer and myself, I have been held responsible for all costs of PT and the surgery. This means that my status in NROTC has been moved to a Leave of Absence, revoking my scholarship for this semester and putting me in a bind for tuition costs/medical bills. I went forward with the surgery two weeks ago, my specialist is out of network but my in-network orthopaedic surgeon literally told me he was not up to the task.
The past few weeks I've been tightening my belt as much as possible, between rent and a surmounting amount of bills, I have been in the process of fixing my car to sell (not easy to do with one arm), selling all textbooks I've accumulated...it's finally come to this. I have to sell the armor and my bass guitar to stay afloat.
TL; DR : My question is this: does anyone have significant experience selling on Ebay/Amazon that would be willing to guide me to make more effective ads? I think my prices are spot on but that will almost always be pretty biased. I guess I could sell everything for near nothing but I'm still ahead on most of these bills and I need some direction IOT make my ads more effective. Thank you for my hearing out my rant. I've got alot on my plate right now and alot of my friends happen to be "busy" at the moment...
