  1. Dont get me wrong its just my opinion and the last words are spoken by the responsible people here in FISD.

I like the efford and your skills to scratchbuild a blaster and like i said its not that bad. But as you know EIB and Centurion are the certificates for people who go the extra mile to get details spot on.

For trooping your Blaster is alright no doubt but i think its not good enough to represent "the extra mile"

Dont be frustratet just because i said my sight of things. I have no descision in this case.

You might get eib anyway since the people who take those descisions like your project and i will not fight their final words but i think since we re all part of the 501st wich is known as the most recognizable costumeclub we should keep the standarts for eib and centurion high enough to "honor" the people who put in more then the usual work and efford in their costumes to represent the 501st.

I hope you know what i mean and dont feel bad about it!!!

Keep your head high and maybe put some more sweat and blood into your e11 and it will be great i am sure.

  2. sorry to be the A..hole.

but for me its far away from being a pass.

its a nice scratchbuild Blasterthingy but actually it has not really something to do with a e11 in my opinion.

Its good to be a Blaster for trooping ok i ll give you that but for ELITE !!!!!!!!!!! infantry????

Cmon Guys dont let the standarts drop that far!!!!

I dont mean it in a bad way but lets be fair to Kirk, thats just not even close to EIB.

As always.... just my 2 ct

Edit, sometimes its not just getting the requirements sortet its the complete appearance of Armor and weapons that is important aswell.

Sorry kirk dont take it personal.

  3. Its a pitty but actually what can you do? Except spreading word and disagree with the whole situation?

Its a shame that other people take somebodys hard work and try to make profit out of it but in case of recasting armor with no copyright ect theyre still in the grey zone when it comes to right or wrong. I think they kick respect and fairness with theyr feet and its totally wrong but since nobody in the PG sees the need to step in and bring it to a stand still we can only hope no one will ever buy of them.

Wich will unfortunatlely not happen since most people will just see the lower price and not the honor to somebody like TM who created a masterpiece.

Sad but true. We can only inform all troopers in our garrisons to stay away from polish recastscum!

Spread word and inform thats all we can do!!

@TM keep your head up, there are loads of people appreciating your work!!!

    Just my 2ct

  4. like i said in my opinion there should be no return edge.

    its a snug fit then.

i have a mrc for display aswell and it was pain to close those seams but you can make them disappear completely and it looks much better trust me.

    http://www.501st.de/board/index.php?topic=270.555 check it out.

    but painting is required.

no must to glue the forearms but theres always a gap now since velcro is thick.

most tks have them glued shut.

  5. i think you have the same issue i had, the gap between bizeps and forearm is quiet large so a lot of black is visible.

It really does look better if you could move bizeps down or forearms a bit up trust me, i ve been through this aswel.

Just a bit finetuning for a great look.

The fabric of the neckseal should be tugged away aswell since it is clearly visible in the front shot, overlapping the shoulderbell and visible on the other side.

Sorry i am just a picky german guy who went through a hard accurazi school.

And of course its-Just my opinion!

But anyway, a Good build! :duim:
