thanks Ricky. i'll be picking up the necessary tool over the next week or so then i'll begin the trimming. i'll post pics of the pieces i'm not too sure of.

Holy Crap!! My armour arrived today ( ahead of schedule ) and i have to say i am just as terrified as i am excited. So many pieces!! So far i have dumped the box and arranged the pieces as best i could in what little space i have. I was please how thick the armour actually is. I'm a little nervous about where to cut. Most lines are visible but some are not. I started removing some of the flash with a hefty pair of scissors but stopped after my thumb started throbbing. It seemed to work ok but I'll probably go and look for a proper cutting tool. Let the build begin! I'll be posting pictures as i go along.

i'd love to make my own... but i live in canada and there are not too many guns floating around..lol.

where might i find i a good pistol ( not the E-11 blaster ) but the smaller one seen inthe clip art at the top of this page. i've seen one on ebay that looks good but wondering if there is any other sources. also, what type of holster was used, if any? thanks guys!

I am awaiting my armour and in the meantime i am trying to hunt down some of the correct bits and pieces. can anyone direct me in the right direction to find good screen accurate ab buttons? i have seen a few on ebay. i have also see a few screen shots and some of the buttons look smaller then others....any help?
