Lookin' good Ken
My first troop is going to be Wizard World - I'm pretty pumped. Only tweaks I had to do was adjust the garter for the thigh armor.
And need to figure out how to stop feedback from the mic & fans - got trapped in my bucket during a "feedback storm".
The helmet is a tight fit - but snug and comfy once on...AND REMEMBER TO BRUSH TEETH BEFORE PUTTING BUCKET ON (OMG IT STINKS IN HERE).
A local TK (Lou) is going to drop by and make sure I'll pass inspection before doing the photos and picking my numbers.

Nice looking AP helmet. From the pic it is an ANH Stunt. Looks like you are getting decked out of with the weapons and your suit. Look forward to seeing it all together. Have fun!
Any advise on storage of this bad boy when he gets here?
I've seen some sweet set ups on mannequins - but can imagine the hassel of off and on.
Although waking up to a Stormtrooper guarding your bed sounds pretty cool...
And as far a mannequins goes - how much are those?
LOL - just got mental picture cheaping out and mounting the TK kit on an inflatable love doll(pardon the pun).

So which armor kit did you order and what version of the TK are you doing?

Hey Tom,
Just got a 2 pics of the bucket for now.
I had the extreme good fortune of inheriting a full TK kit from a retiring 501st TK .
Same exact dimensions as well - with the exception of feet - but as a resourceful cadet - I have already solved that issue.
(I mean seriously - the Force is with me on this - really how many times do you have the money just sitting there)
The Canadian Garrison and the locals in Toronto have been great help (special shout to R for helping a rookie get his white & shinies on)
I'm guessing it is an ANH stunt - but we'll see soon enough.
Here was the description:
- FX Armor

- Hovi mic tips
- Helmet Mods
- Nylon lycra dive skin (Med)
- neckseal
- Belt (Canvas Custom)
- Gloves

So, I'm sitting here about to drop a bunch of credits on what I think will be a dream come true.
Boots - proper size - ordered and on their way...CHECK
- Special shout out to TK boots - YOU GUYS ROCK - awesomest awesome customer service
- I would by snow from you guys and I live in Canada.

Kickass Stormtrooper Attitude - hmmm CHECK
Armor & Helmet - to be shipped tomorrow morning - had to scrimp -
So 5 days of nail biting suspense as this pile of plastoid traverses Canada's icy roads.
The 501st dudes in Toronto have been great - they were able to link me up wit the right people to make all this happen.
I feel like a kid and it's like Christmas - but like back when you believed in Santa Claus.
I'm thinking about upgrading from the converted Hasbro blaster to something more substantial
- open to suggestions or links to FS posts.
Once I get the shipment, I'll see if I post a few pics.
