Hi Victor,
Great to hear there are many more in the state. I am doing as much research as I can and it sounds like abs armor is the way to go, more expensive but a lot more durable. I think while I'm saving up I will join the local garrison and see if I could tag along with my camera, I'm a bit of a amateur photographer, I posted in another tread about it. Would be nice to be apart of a troop event even if its from behind a camera lol.

Thanks for the information Guys, I am on vacation till the week end and when I get home I will sign up for my local garrison.
I aslo play paintball and do some photography for some of the games, again when I get home I will add some links to a couple of my photo albums.

It will be some time before I can get the funds together to acquire my own armor but would love to accompany some troopers on a troop some time to take photos. I am an armature photographer and would love the opportunity to get some great shots and be apart of the action even if its behind the scenes for now lol.
I am in Minnesota so if there is any local troop activities and this is possible please let me know.
Thanks and happy trooping.

Thank you for the infor, lets see if it changed?
Actually I think you can change it yourself. I'm still new to the interface but believe I found out where to do it.
Once you're logged in look at the very top right of the page and you'll see your name just above the search box.
1. Click on on black box that has your name then choose the 'My Settings' option.
2. On the page it sends you to click 'Change Display Name'.
That will take you to the page you need.
Guiding people through a site via written notes is something I've learned to do at work. Glad I was able to put it to use here.

Sorry didn't mean to offend any one, was unaware the TK numbers were reserved. I believe the only people who can change a user ID are the moderators, so please can a moderator contact me so I can deal with this error. Thank you and again sorry for offending anyone.
Welcome.
One thing - TK numbers on 501st forums are reserved for actual 501st members with Legion-assigned numbers. Furthermore, chances are there is already a TK1972.
Since this is a 501st board, please change your screen name to something different. Thanks.

I have be fascinated with Stormtroopers since seeing ANH as a little boy, I just found out just how big this all is and really want to be a part of it. Funds are tight right now, but one day I will have my first set of armor and will be out trooping.
I can just see the smiles on the kids faces when you guys come marching into a room, I know I would be and I'm almost 38 lol
Any how I wanted to stop by and say hello, happy safe trooping
