The wait is the worst part! Been there!

That first troop is something special for sure. Hope you have someone taking LOTS of pictures cause it is a event you will want to remember again and again! And the pictures also serve a purpose to see if that "bicep or shin really was as out of place as I thought" so you can start making those little tweaks.
Good Luck Trooper!

Just on the left side bar on the main page. All the CRL's are there. You'll have to go into each one to have a look but it's as close as I seen to what you're looking for.
-
You mean like this:
-
Welcome Danny!
-
How 'bout "too bald to be a wookie", no that would get you in trouble too. lol
-
My wife is 5'0" and I got her AM Shadow trooper approved. It can be done even with the larger armor it's all in the trimming and cutting. Enduring the "too short for a stormtrooper" that's something else.
-
Welcome Todd! You'll find everyone here very helpful.
-
As a fellow RT-Mod wearing TK, you're looking good!
-
I've got the same problem. I just used a white plastic handicap sign you can find at menards or lowes.
-
No but got a ride once. Not the best way to get from point a to point b.
-
I have built both the AM and the RT-mod. And both are a good choice for the bigger trooper. My favorite is the RT-mod though, it was a lot easier to put together. I'm 5'11" and 230lbs so...
-
I've seen it both ways. Mine is like the one on the left in the diagram. I had the same question when I was putting mine together.
-
Welcome to the FISD, Paul!
-
I must agree, move the biceps up and cut a little more out from "u" shape in the inner forearm. Otherwise it looks like the armor fits you good.
-
I built my wife's Shadow Trooper and she's 5'0" so it can be done, it just takes more trimming here and there! :tie:

I've heard this one around these forums before...
"Aren't you a little bald for a wookie."
-
Do you know what kind glue was used on the seams? If it was E-6000 then it's a matter of sliding a knife or something similar under the seam and cutting the glue.

I have a RT-Mod helmet and armor and I had no issues with passing EIB with the RT-Mod lid. The ears had the correct number of bumps. Only thing I changed was the lenses for the green instead of the smoke that it comes with since I was building a ANH stunt. Not sure if you have to change those if your going for ESB as the CRL looks like flat smoke or green will work for both 501st and EIB.

Hey there Nickolas, Let me know if there's anything I can help you with.

I've got the RT-Mod and it is comparable to the FX as far as room inside. Got it last October if that helps.

"And these blast points are too accurate for sand people, only imperial stormtroopers are so precise" - Obi Wan Kenobi
As opposed to "Metric Stormtroopers"
