I found a good method somewhere on the internet of finding out where you need to cut the cod. Take a piece of cardboard and trim it to the shape of your ab piece. Then hold it against your body and bend forward. The cardboard will fold at the point you need to cut. I haven't done this yet as I'm still assembling my armor, but I will be using this method.

I've done a some more work my armor and posted an update on the site. I have some more pictures to post, but I don't have time to do it at the moment.
