I have been following the MR Star Wars helmets for awhile (I have several of the clone helmets) and for the TK helmet I know they made some tweaks between the last prototype and the final shipped version so it might be a little better. On a slightly different note... they weren't able to produce the full run because of the license going poof... so they are having to cancel some peoples orders... both through direct sales and dealers.
