The most common reason for sleep problems like that (as mentioned) is lack of regular exercise. Remember, one hour of exercise per day is worth more to the body than one hour of sleep.
Another contributing factor is alcohol, especially those that have a drink more than 3 times per week.
One last thing I would look at is Yoga (even if you're already exercising) It's excellent at creating mindfulness and self awareness.
Hope it gets better!

Hello Pablo,
I would definitely give the interior a coat of white primer before painting. Also, you may want to evaluate whether truck bed liner would be the right stuff.
Remember, you will be wearing that thing for hours on end and truck bed liner is a pretty harsh chemical. The fumes could be pretty bad.

Thanks for the updates Nathan. Keep 'em coming if you can and let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Welcome Greg! With that build you may have to do a Vader next

Thanks Vern. I thought it just looked a bit weired with the return edge at the sides of the shin and not at the front.

I was pretty disgruntled this morning to have to shovel and clear the snow off of my car, until I heard what's going on in the Pacific.
To all of our TK's and their families out there, be safe, you're in our thoughts.

I used score and snap and curved tin snips, then sanded the edges. One tool I found invaluable was rare earth magnets. Post lots of pics!

The best policy is never show up any place unannounced, especially by yourself.
If you're organizing a troop make sure the organizers let everyone involved know what's up. I've heard of guys just showing up in malls or Wal-marts kitted out, unannounced, they usually get asked to leave.
Another thing that can land you in hot water is pointing your gun at kids. This comes up a lot at parades, they'll BEG you to do it, but don't.

Welcome David, nice looking Artoo! We got a few lads in your area, so you're not alone!
As said before, Stay away from the bay!
Lots of good makers on here, AP is a great lid and he's in Montreal.

i am in new brunswick it seems that there is no garrison close by but i am a big fan nonethless.
We have an East Coast squad, but I believe most are in NS, but Email our CO and see if he can't point you in the right direction, plus we've all done our share of 1 man troops so get the word out! Also, the Quebec lads aren't too far and EVERYONE comes down to Toronto for FanExpo.
As for kits, AP is in Montreal and is a top maker.

i wonder who played those characters?
