Has anyone ever tried to airbrush the details on their bucket? im looking at some airbrushes on harbor freight for $8-$13. i thought when my ata bucket gets here i'd try it out. im just worried the paint might be too thick for it. any thoughts?

As with most airbrushes you will need to thin the paint down and it is a good idea to have fine ground high pigment paint too.

I think you'll find with the amount of work it is to mask, thin the paint, clean the airbrush, etc., and the relatively small areas you are painting in a limited number of colors, it's just much easier to hand paint. ;)

Plus it give the lid that splat job "What do u mean we have to paint 100 helemts and armor plus the boots for tommorrows shot" look!!!!!

Sloppy paint job = happy trooper!!!!!
