Need help locating a garrison

I've been trying to track down a german garrison to join while I'm stationed in Germany. One near Bavaria. i have been checking out the german garrison websites but they wont translate the web page and ive tried sending emails to the the webmaster and such but they wont send for some reason...

 

anyone out there in a german garrison that can help out?
