Sizing armor from 6ft to 5ft5in

I bought a finished sand trooper suit off of a former member, but he was much taller than i am. I don't really know where to start on making the torso thinner, and a little shorter.

I think typically shorter troopers take from the bottom of the chest and top of the ab, but not sure. There are several builds for this. Also on YouTube look up building with TK-1636 he's doing a serious now on just this.
