I bought this book, Star Wars Imperial Handbook: A Commander's Guide before starting on my journey to the 501st as I enjoy background information that expands on the Star Wars Universe. It is a great account of the different arms of the Imperial Military, including the army, navy, and especially a great section on the Stormtroopers. There are handwritten comments from the Rebels, as this book is set up as a captured copy reviewed after the Battle of Endor, but overall it provides a great source for background on the Imperial Military organization. FYI, this is listed as a Legends book, so may not be considered canon. Costs $ 20 USD, published in 2015. It is a great reference and fun read! Jim 2 Quote
