cedron[TK] Posted December 3, 2015 Report Posted December 3, 2015 (edited) I'm down to the last steps on my helmet. I need to do the final trim of the bottom lip and bottom ear covers. I've seen many various trims here. Are there any good suggestions for the best trim off the bottom of the ATA helmet? Picture of my helmet is below. --------- One other issue. I made a poor decision about the assembly at the bottom and placed the bottom screw on the right side so it would hold the edges together well. This put it into a slightly bad position. Would it be better to leave the screw where it is or does it look lame enough that I should move the screw and try to fill the old hole and carefully paint it? (No way I'm reshaping the ear covers from scratch again!) --------- (Nevermind the too-short brow trim. New one just arrived from Trooperbay and I'm recutting that tonight.) Thanks for any advice the community can share! Edited January 4, 2022 by gmrhodes13 link not working removed Quote
