Looking for a build thread for a "wider" trooper

Tried searching, but couldn't find anything. I have thicker arms & legs (yeah yeah, and maybe the middle area too!), so looking for a good thread/links on creating shims for those areas...any input?

This can be really frustrating. There are a heap of skinny trooper threads but threads for big troopers and shimming are rare.

What helped me most is I went through the TK-Members and then I PMed a centurion with a bigger stature. Troopers helping troopers at its best.
