Yes, the return edge around the right eye seems to be pretty narrow, but it would be a good idea to post a photo of the front, preferably with you holding the green plastic of the visor behind it. Like Gazmosis said in the other thread, could be the right thickness after all and you just have to shave off the same amount of plastic from the left eye and you are all good ... The return edge around the eyes isn't that deep after all. And use the sanding wheel with the dremel, not the cutting disk. Perhaps even mark your cutting lines with a soft pencil, so you can judge by yourself before you start cutting next time. Or even better, mark your cutting lines and post a photo.
