I've heard of people spraying stuff on the inside that builds up and strengthens it but I have no idea what to use and don't have any other ideas as far as that goes. I've been using the search tool to see if I could find a post similar to this but I haven't been able to locate one yet so I figured I'd ask. Thanks guys, Force be with. pandatrooper[TK] Posted October 23, 2010 Report Share Posted October 23, 2010 I think some people have used Plasti dip or truck bed liner type paints inside to "black out" the helmet, which may also make it slightly more rigid. Smitty Posted October 25, 2010 Report Share Posted October 25, 2010 Cloth handkercheifs and 2 part resin. Paint the inside with resin as it gets tacky stick down the cloth in strips then paint the cloth over with a generous layer of resin.
