Filling in Holes

You can use this tutorial below. You will need to get a piece of ABS. RC car and hobby shops carry small pieces (8-1/2" by 11")to be able to do it like the tutorial.

Or you can use model putty filler like you get at a hobby store. Model putty filler comes in different shades, try to get the white.

Either way, get something to back the hole with, like the ABS from the hobby store or the "FOR SALE BY OWNER" plastic signs that you get at hardware stores.
