TedStriker Posted September 22, 2010 Report Posted September 22, 2010 I'm currently working on an ATA build and have a few questions if you quys don't mind. How can I tell which is the right arm & bicep and which is the left? And do the legs have a right and left side too? Also, I'd appreciate any point in the right direction as to where I need to trim the arm and leg parts, and how most people assemble them. I'm wanting to go with an ANH look. Thanks in advance! The help is VERY much appreciated! Chad Quote

TedStriker Posted September 23, 2010 Author Report Posted September 23, 2010 Thank you very much! As a "newbie", I hate to bug you guys, but I don't won't to screw up the armor either. Much appreciated. Quote
pandatrooper[TK] Posted September 23, 2010 Report Posted September 23, 2010 (edited) Here's a thread on how to assemble the leg armor ----- The outer shin armor is usually slightly longer than the inner.the inner calves also scoop in more than the outer shins. I would also suggest checking the Academy website for the tutorials there as well as reading the various build threads. Youll find lots of information on all the armor makes. ----- Edited December 5, 2020 by gmrhodes13 link not working, removed gmrhodes13 2020 Quote
TedStriker Posted September 24, 2010 Author Report Posted September 24, 2010 (edited) Thanks again guys! That's the kind of info that I needed, and will hopefully save me some headaches down the road. I think I understand it now. Any idea if there is a difference between the left and right leg parts, like there is with the arm parts? Thanks, Chad UPDATE: OK... Duh... lol... now that I actually get to sorting out the armor I can see that my last question was a pretty dumb one... My mistake guys. Sorry for the stupid question. Well hey, this is my first build after all... lol.... Edited September 29, 2010 by TedStriker Quote
