Thanks...found a PDF of a Sterling manual and it claims 19" with butt folded under.

Nah mate' date=' those little dudes are very thorough, they wanted to measure the whole of

the barrel from where the bayonet discs sit to the very end so they just took it off

 

 

 

Billy, your Sterling is short dude lol

 

Receiver mod maybe?

 

I've got two at the moment and they are both the same lengh, I've had one for about five years

and the other about three.Both were deactivated by different companies/gun smiths.

In total I've had at least 15-20 pass through my hands but I did't measure them all

The BBC templates are really just an interpretation of a Sterling, they are no way precise (far from it in some areas )

but they are a great guide and aid to making a killer blaster if used right

Terry, im what format did you download the template for the barrel drilling? When I did it it went to Jasc and I don't know at what size to make it. On 100% it is WAY bigger than the screen. Does it have a PDF download? Any help with this is welcome. From anyone!Would like to start this weekend. Need help!!!!
