    At your size, I'd recommend looking into Armor Master (AM) - 2.0 specifically, or RT-Mod (RT). <br><br>

    Both of those armor are sculpted to fit bigger/taller troopers. I am 6'2", 225ish and wear RT with no excessive black showing anywhere. The former Detachment Leader (and current LMO - Darth Aloha, New England Garrison) is 6'5" and he also wears RT very effectively.<br><br>

    AM is probably a little more forgiving for the larger troopers, and probably less wait time, as RT builds his annual list in January, and that's that for the year.<br><br>

    If you have any further questions about the kits, please ask, and we'll do what we can to get you your answers.

    Dark, That sounds pretty good. Checking out the RT stuff right now. Going to look at the AM soon too! :) Interesting about the January build time.

    Hey Steven and welcome to FISD! We are happy you decided to come back to the stormtrooper universe! I would listen to what Tim said. He's the big tall guy. Also another option would be Troopermaster. He sells XL shins for taller troopers. Have fun and good luck getting back into the game!

    Hello. I first joined the 501st back in 98 or 99. Somewhere in there. That was long before the 501st.com existed and the Geocities website was still alive and kicking. I had FX armor back then and loved it. I had a lot of great times and amazing memories in that armor with the 501st Eastern Squad, which then turned into Garrison Carida and then eventually with those trooping in the New England Garrison it wasn't too long after moving to the south however that I eventually sold my Stormtrooper armor to help fund getting married. I had hoped to buy it back someday from the person I sold it to but was told later that it had been lost in a fire along with the rest of the persons collection sadly. Fortunately no one was hurt in the fire which is obviously the most important thing.

    I'm interested in getting armor again someday but if I do it, I want something that won't look like I stole someone else's armor and put it on. Being 6'4" even with the old FX armor I had a lot of black showing on my outfit. I'd like to find some armor that will work for my height and weight that is up to 501st standards and have a helmet that my big head will fit into.

    I'm honestly still debating on if I should just jump and go to a Royal Guard honestly due to my height but I'm really a Stormtrooper at heart.

    Fantastic! :) I joined the 501st way back in 1999 :D Years ago I sold my armor but I'm looking to get back into it all again :) I'll look around for answers on the forum but I'll ask a question here too.

     

    Is it possible to mod fx armor to look more accurate, and is it also possible to mod fx armor to hide the big gaps that tall TK's sometimes have between their armor parts that show a lot of the undersuit? I want to do it and have it look seamless.
