Hi all!
I'm a big guy and I need a bigger helmet. So what I propose is a swap for a new un modded MR CE for a clean FX helmet. The CE has been tryed on by some Garrison members, but that is about it. And I still have the box if wanted. I would prefer an unbuilt FX, however if an example of an FX were to be offered in a gently used state I would be interested.

I had you down for one set (two mic-tips per set), did you want two sets (total of four mic-tips), or are you just referring to two individual mic tips?
I got your PP for one SET of unfiniished Hovi's for $12 and they will ship out in tomorrow's post, but speak up if you wanted two SETS so I can pack 'em into the padded envelope with the set I have already on deck! Oh yeah, and PP me another $12 too, if you want that 2nd set!

I must be getting old because I'm drawing blanks here for ideas. Let me just say that the whole idea seemed to be to create a film accurate TK. I don't recall there being much said of creating a new squad or something. And I use the word squad for a lack of a better one for now. Just a new level for the TK costume to rise to. It allso seems to me that we should be a little, hate to use this phrase, "PC".
SO, how about this for an idea?
"FATKANH"........For Film Accurate TK A New Hope and so on.

What does the armor really do?
Gives you big beautifull black and blue pinch bruises everywhere

Many great ideas, and they all work very well. Have allso used lighter fluid with great results. Even with those darned stickers that they put on glassware from the store. Heck of a lot better than using the sandblaster approach

Have had some delay in getting new pix posted. Was going to do it last night after I had checked on a few things on the bay. Thats when I found that someone had hacked into my account and added an item for sale using my name and had changed my password. So after 4 hours of changing passwords and other things neither my Wife or I were in the mood for snap shots. Will just have to get to it this weekend.

So, after much coaxing I got my Wife to snap some more pix of my TK. Really hope that this is it as my body has taken a few "armor bites" just with this photo sesion.
So OK it is a bad joke

So OK, have been updated to TK on the big site. Spent the last three hours tearing apart the helmet and redoing it for the stunt version. I don't like it this way as much as it was, but hey at least now I can see.
And I have taken Clutch's idea of trimming the upper dome up a bit, (3/8 of an inch). Have cut the lenses from out a few Vader lids to upgrade or for a repaint. Was a little shaky with the thin ABS VS a fiberglass bucket.
So here it is in all of it's stunt ready glory. What's the next hoop?
Had a hard time with doing this little operation. The whole time I could not help but think, well there goes 3 days work making the lenses and trimming so the brow sits just right. But now it is at least not "two" helmets but just one.

So you are saying that I have a stunt helmet with hero leneses? That would would leave me with one of two choices. One, fill in the gap in the last "tooth". Or just wip up some flat green lenses that I could actually see out of?
