hi ive just found some 1" ali flat in my garage which is perfect for hanging my thernal detonator i was wndering if anyone has any screen accurate dimensions or patterns so i can bend it to shape thanks andy peers

first of all all i can say is how much i love my tm stormtrooper armour i cannot praise it enough its great, i do have a couple of question if any of you can help my shoulder bells dont fit over my bicep armour without bending the shoulder bell out. i have a 7mm lip on the bottom of the bicep should i trim more off? secondly my thighs the area where there ANH strip is isnt straight i have a curve in the so ive had to sand them curved to fit is this normal? and last but not least what diamiter should the bicep armour be mines 110mm from ANH strip to ANH strip and 125mm from moulded strip to opposite side are they about right? cheers andy
