I picked up a batters helmet today and two pairs of knee pads... Ive done some test fits and trimming and for the most part the batters helmet works the best... Enough build up to keep the helmet tight when you turn your head but not so tight it gets uncomfortable....

I recently received my new bucket and im looking for ideas to pad my bucket. It sits just right eye level wise with the original foam. I want to replace it with a better foam while at the same time padding the sides to give comfortable " motorcycle helmet " padding set up, any suggestions? My goal is for comfort and movement without the bobble-head wable. I was thinking about using that memory foam but dont know of any suppliers in Phoenix. I might wind up getting a pillow and hacking it up to fit my bucket.

What is a good padding product to install. That will decrease or elimenate helmet movement and increase comfort?

I have been bouncing from several forums, etc. and I keep hearing about TE2 and AP. These seem to both get good if not high reviews by members in my garrison. I've even been to the shepard studios site just to see the quality given the restrictions in place for the US. What would be the best set to go with? Are there reputable vendors in the states for them? I am embarking on a large project of (2) costumes, TK and Tie Pilot. I intend to eventually have Darth Vader as my center piece to my collection but im definately ready for that yet. I would appreciate any members advice or suggestions your willing to extend to a new recruit.
