Howdy folks. Just a quick query to see if any of you guys have had any recent dealings with TK Boots?? Just trying to get onto their site to order some boots and all I get is the following message :- "The requested URL / was not found on this server. ". All other sites on my favourite list work but not this one. Just tried on a pair of their size 9's at a friend's house and I could'nt get my foot in(I'm a UK 9)so I thought I would try for an 11 but cannot get onto their site. I'm not a pc guru so I can only assume that the site is down for whatever reason. But if any of you have had recent dealings with them I'd like to know and then I can look at any problems at my end. -------- Here's my SDS gear!I've never had a problem with this suit when trooping! The Battlespec lid is nice and roomy(would have to be as I've got the RomFX,aerator speakers,2 fans and all the batteries to run that lot and there's still a bit of room left to spare! The armour has stood up well to trooping over the years with only a couple of small cracks appearing on the edges of the chest plate and these have been repaired with material supplied by AA himself and the edges of the chest have been reinforced!.These cracks where caused by myself being clumsy when packing it away in readiness of a troop the next day! SDS may not be as robust an armour as say FX but it's like everything else as it'll last for ages if you take care of it!
