Bit of an off-topic post, but I figured someone here might be into tech or data tools. I recently started a new job where I keep hearing the term “Power BI dashboard” thrown around, and honestly, I have no clue what it actually is or how it works.
From what I’ve gathered, it’s some kind of visual reporting tool used in business, but I don’t come from a data background, so most of it sounds like jargon to me. Can anyone explain in simple terms what is Power BI dashboard and what it’s really used for?
Is it something worth learning if I just want to keep up with reporting at work, or is it more for advanced data folks? Any tips or beginner resources would be appreciated too.
