i have emailed them and messaged in the past, not sure they are active

i hope this is the right section for such a thing. but im seeking advice if theres anything i can do to fix my blastfx kit for my E11, i was browsing the profiles and i came across the KITT profile, which i selected it got stuck on the loading screen for a while so i thorght powering it off and back on may help (it dident) now my blastfx is completely idle like its powered off. any suggestions would be appreciated!
