For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with the design and engineering aspect of the original franchise. Ever since 1977 I was bitten by the Star Wars bug and have never recovered, LOL. In all my years of being a fan, I have constructed almost every ship, droid and diorama from the original trilogy. My pursuit has always been to make a storm trooper outfit and hopefully wear it some day. In my quest for fulfilling that dream, I have always had a battle of the midsection bulge all my life. In other words, when was the last time you saw an overweight storm trooper? LOL. Anyhow, I made a commitment to myself that in 2 years time, I would be able to fulfill that endeavor. So far I am a little more than half way there and with the help of this group I can finally finish what I stared.  Below is a small sampling of my recent projects:
