  1. P.S. ignore the seams on the under padding. I sewed them backwards and already corrected it.
  2. Hey all, after first fitting I’ve come across a small issue. I need to better fit the back/yolk around my shoulders. I suppose I can cut out a bit more, I’m wondering if anyone can give me some guidance on that. Also, would a color matched “shim” that just Velcro in between the chest plate and the back of the Yolk pass muster? Or should I plan on using slurry to attach it? I’m hesitant on the later as it’s already tricky to get on without causing stress cracks. I’ve attached two photos if anyone has ideas on what I can cut out, where to add reinforcement, and expand; it would be appreciated.
  3. Thanks for the feedback I’m already keeping it in the shade. Lucky I did the painting in the morning while still cool out. I’ll make sure I do it when it’s cool and dryish going forward. This seemed to go on fine, unfortunately I missed some spots and only bought one bottle to test. I’ll have to sand it a bit and apply more when my resupply comes.
  4. So far so good. Color seems fine. This is on top of grey primer. I forgot to take photos of these parts with just the primer. So here’s the next set. Once I sand and clear coat and sand that I’ll post again.
  5. I wasn’t able to find a mixer here. But I did find PROST's EWP BLANC BANQUISE 300ml online. https://www.prost-shop.jp/view/item/000000238565 I’ll post again once I have some results to show.
  6. Thanks I’ll see what if I can get this done here. What are you using to spray this? Or do they usually mix it in to spray cans?
  7. I’m based out of Tokyo and I’ve made some modifications to my First order Stormtrooper costume and now I’m looking for spray paint that I can buy in Japan for my Armor. Does anyone have any experience here?
  8. I completely missed the you need to cut the back open after gluing. This might not be required after all. Thank you tor the tips.
  9. I’ve finally gotten around to building my Denuo Novo First Order kit and I need to expand the waste about 3 or 4cm evenly from top to bottom on each side. Would love some thoughts? (Ignore the glue and rough edges I haven’t cleaned them up yet) I’m wondering if I should cut this piece on both sides add length and use slurry to cover and smooth?
